Your information is used solely to process your reservation request, communicate with you about its status, and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Reservation and contact data is stored securely in our database and is accessible only to authorized staff who need it to process your request.
The reservation status page only displays non-sensitive booking information (car, dates, status) tied to your unique reservation number — no personal contact details are shown publicly.
We use a session cookie to keep the booking process working correctly (for example, security tokens on forms). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
