All bookings submitted through this website are reservation requests. A reservation is only confirmed once PRIDE CAR reviews and accepts it, and you receive a confirmation notice.
Drivers must hold a valid driving license and meet the minimum age requirement in effect at the time of rental. Additional identification and a security deposit may be required at pickup.
Rental prices are calculated based on the number of days requested and the vehicle's published daily, weekly, or monthly rate. The total shown at the time of reservation reflects the base rental price; additional charges (extras, insurance options, late fees, damage) may apply and will be communicated clearly.
You may request cancellation of a pending or accepted reservation by contacting us directly. Cancellation terms for accepted reservations will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time, in the same condition as at pickup, with the agreed fuel level. Late returns, excess mileage, or damage may result in additional charges.
The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, subject to the insurance coverage included in the rental agreement signed at pickup.
